ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2.30PM (Mon-Fri) WILL NORMALLY BE SHIPPED SAME DAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Except Sat / Sun)

Please note some items are made to order and can take 2-3 days to arrive, please check if you requirement is urgent. 

Orders under 5Kg in weight – £5.00 – Next Day courier service

Orders over 5Kg in weight –  £10.00 – Next Day courier service

Before Noon Delivery add £15.00

Before 10.30 Delivery add £25.00

Saturday Before Noon Delivery – Add £25.00

Goods will be sent by UK courier to the address you specify, usually the card holders address. The goods will be usually from our warehouse or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor.

Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of despatch (excluding weekends).

Some items may be delayed for manufacturing issues but should there be any significant delay our sales office will contact you with the details and offer you the option of cancelling your order.

StageGear Ltd”s shop checkout delivery charges apply to UK mainland only.

Oversea customer orders outside the EU will be contacted by email to inform them of the shipping cost prior to despatch of goods. Alternatively you can arrange collection from us if you wish to use your own preferred courier. There may be a customs clearance delay for goods delivered to destinations outside the EU whilst awaiting payment of any import duties. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Despatch Schedule

We are normally able to despatch all orders received by 2.00pm, the same day, for next day delivery, (UK mainland only), by our standard courier. A signature will be required for all goods at the point of delivery.

 Any order received after 2pm will be despatched the next working day.

Returns

Should you wish to return goods for any reason you must follow our returns procedure using an Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods will not be accepted unless the Returns Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Customers are responsible for all returned goods until they are signed for by ourselves. Please check with your courier to ensure that the goods are insured for their full value.
